City Clerk The City Clerk is appointed by the City Manager and confirmed by the City Council and is responsible for recording the minutes of council meetings; maintaining all records of council business, including a record of the adoption, amendment, and repeal of ordinances and resolutions; acting as the custodian of all city records; supervising the conduct of city elections; and serve as filing officer for the Fair Political Practices Commission regulations.
The City Clerk's office is located in City Hall at 1854 Main St. Office Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (closed 12 - 1pm)
