The men and women of our organization are dedicated to reducing crime and maintaining the quality of life that the citizens of Escalon have come to expect. Our professional and dedicated employees continue to strive to surpass the level of excellence they have achieved in prior years. However, we will not rest upon past achievements, but will continually analyze the way we do business and police the city.

As a reflection of the small town character of Escalon, the Police Department has developed and instituted a  community oriented policing approach to our delivery of services to the community. We are committed to our community oriented policing efforts and to the proactive approach to law enforcement and to the overall public safety of citizens of Escalon.

We seek to improve the quality of life for all residents of Escalon through a proactive team approach to timely and innovative interventions in community problems. We recognize that our employees are our most valued asset and the cornerstone of our departments successes.
