Public Works

The Public Works Department is responsible for maintenance and operation of a wide range of City equipment and facilities. This Department provides quality services to the City and the public which include: sufficient clean fresh water, collection and treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater, street maintenance, storm drainage system, street cleaning, street lights, street trees and landscaping, parks and weed abatement. These services are done while complying with numerous State and Federal regulations which must be adhered to in order to ensure public health and security.
