Human Resources

The Human Resources Department endeavors to fill the City’s allocated positions as they become available. This department oversees recruitment, selection, skills testing, job classifications,  and payroll processing. Additionally, Human Resources administers all employee benefits, which include health benefits, workers’ compensation benefits, retirement contribution administration, 457B contributions, and other related employee benefits. Human Resources also interprets and applies all city, state, and federal personnel management laws, rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
