Property seized as Evidence
If you have property at the Escalon Police Department that was seized as evidence, it can only be released with the authorization of the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office.
To get 
EVIDENCE items returned, you must download and complete the Request for Authorization to Release Evidence form (link below).  Then either deliver, mail, or fax the form the appropriate District Attorney's Office
